A turn-key service to conduct the Infantry Marine Assessment for any US military unit of any size:

• all Steel targets (starts with 8 lanes short bay, and 4 bays KDT – can scale up or down from there based on range size/setup.
• All other needed tools/equipment (ARQ Drill Targets, Zero targets, target stands, sticks, staples, and other range supplies) needed for the event
• all scoring devices (tablets, wifi, shot timers)
• range setup
• RSO for certain ranges/bases
• Management / training of unit provided scorekeepers
• Efficient and correct event operation
• IMA as a Match support to provide individual, squad, platoon, and other unit winners (makes it fun!)
• post event analysis / data interpretation support
• delivery of all data collected suitable for OneDrive or other USMC archiving

The unit being tested provides scorekeepers, who we train and we manage thru the event. These can be anybody that can follow instructions.

Throughput:

General guideline is 8 lanes short + 4 KDT with initial zero measurement can run a company sized unit (about 200 people) in a 6 hour block. Naturally, weather, range shutdowns and other complications can drop that throughput. Our kit uses optics for adjusting zeros at each station, making it more efficient (and also leading to better zeros). Range permitting, we maintain a re-zero lane for remediation or zeroing after equipment changes or late arrivals.

We can adjust up or down based on range configuration/schedules, and will work with you prior to the event to build an event plan.

Options:

• Measure Only
  
  We supply all scoring devices/shot timers, scoring training, optics for efficient zeroing, and provide end of day (or post event) analysis/reports. This includes post analysis/interpretation support, and can include archiving of data for future private analysis.
  
  
• Targets / Range Setup/ Measurement
  
  We provide all in the Measure Only package + all targets (steel, paper, range supplies) and ensure proper range setup.
  
  
• Train then IMA
  
  We provide an instructor per squad + an overall lead instructor. We currently can support 4 squads in one event.
  
  Generally, 3 day events target shooter performance improvements. Your instructors can shadow us and see how we train/run efficient training ranges to prepare students to succeed at the skills the IMA measures (that also translate to combat lethality).
  
  5 day events are typically 3 day of performance and 2 days of how to each this to other shooters.
  
  This can include targets (steel/paper), depending on what your unit / ranges have available/permit.
  
  A typical package to upgrade a unit might be:
  
  – 5 day instructor package(s) to prepare instructors (typically squad leaders, fire team leaders, DMs) as great shooters and provide initial instructor training
  – followed by a series of 3 day student packages, with instructors initially co-instructing with our staff, and then our staff shadowing them to provide instructor support/development.
